In almost every addition of the paper, in the letters column, there
is always input from those endlessly
repeating the usual democrat talking points about our involvement in
Iraq. There's never anything new
or original, or well informed.
How many of these poll parrots even know or remember that well before
our liberation of Iraq, the
president signed a bi-partisan resolution making regime change in Iraq
official American policy?
He did so with these words: "One
way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity
to develop weapons of mass destruction
and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line.
He went on to add "If Saddam rejects peace
and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We
want to seriously diminish the threat
posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program." I am,
of course, referring to and quoting:
President Bill Clinton,
from February, 1998. I have a long list
of
similar quotes from numerous prominent
democrats in that administration. The list is too long to
include here, as it would make this unpublishable,
but I'd be more than happy to share these quotes
with anyone interested in actually knowing
the facts. (That excludes the poll parrots)
To those who can only recite democrat lies and slogans, I have a question.
Where were you when
vitually every democrat, and the French, and the Germans, and the Russians,
and the UN, were
saying exactly the same thing President Bush said? Where were you when
President Clinton
made regime change in Iraq official policy? If your answer is that
Bush had more information than
they did, are you saying Bush knew more? If that's the case, is it
possible he still knows more than
they do? And how is it possible that President Bush had more or better
information than President
Clinton had?
Under the leadership of President Bush, two of the most brutal regimes
on planet earth have been
eliminated. In Iraq, a regime that put 400,000 innocent people in mass
graves, that used savage
torture and rape as instruments of state policy, that gassed tens of
thousands of people, that threw
people off roofs, that put people through plastic shredders, has been
removed, and the democrat
poll parrots are outraged! Seeds of freedom and democracy have been
planted in a part of the world
that has never known such a thing, and the left is outraged! Iraq was
the at the epicenter of Islamic
terror, and Bush has taken the fight to their back yard so we don't
have to fight them in ours. And the
left keeps on reciting their silly slogans. Some things never change.
