Environment
Why do "environmentalists" insist on "saving" old trees while at the same
time expressing extreme fear that too much CO2 is building up and will
destroy the earth if we  don't do something about it?  Old trees rot and that
kills them so they become producers of CO2 rather than oxygen.

Water vapor has a much more profound effect on heat of the earth than CO2.
It can raise the mean temperature by 15 degrees or more overnight.  Why
are "environmentalists" not working to do away with water vapor? Could it
be their real agendas have nothing to do with worry about the earth heating up?

Why do environmentalists keep calling for "Alternative energy" - - then
oppose water power (dams), nuclear power, wind power?  What "alternative
energy"?

Why do environmentalists claim  that fresh water is our most precious and
limited natural resourse (correctly, I think)?  But, then work and agitate to
get rid of dams, irrigation ditches and anything else that will delay getting
it into salt water as fast as possible? Do they want it in even shorter supply?

Why do environmentalists oppose and prevent tapping the oil in our own
"fragile" arctic desert - - but, think it's O.K. to get it from the Middle East
desert and pay our enemies for it?

Why is it that people who worship the CREATION must be allowed to decide
not only environmental issues, but also energy policy,  foreign policy and
economic policy?  Yet folks who worship the CREATOR  have no business
in politics and when they do get involved, the cry is: "They are creating a
theocracy"?  Why is the first religion good and the second bad?

Law
Why are politicians (mostly lawyers)  so anxious to enact new laws
when they lack the courage to enforce the ones already on the books?

Social Justice
Why do we owe black citizens because their ancestors were brought
here as slaves?  Are there any left who were slaves that we could
compensate?  This was a wrong done by people long dead to people
long dead, but a great boon to their modern descendants: They are free
citizens of the USA!  What greater gift could anyone get?

Would they be better off if their ancestors had been sold to Arab slavers?
Arabs were and still are the world's biggest dealers in slaves.  And what
about the other blacks who captured and sold them in the first place?

Indian tribes are very fond of saying,  "You guys stole our land and so
you owe us".  And a lot of misplaced guilt, sympathy and government
largess is showered on them.  But, the Indians never owned any land.
They just lived off it.  They didn't farm it * or develop it or even mark
boundries.  Some of their ancestors got here before Columbus - but, they
were still immigrants!  Mine have been here for over 300 years - does that
make me a "preferred" citizen over someone who got their naturalization
papers yesterday?  I don't think so.  And, how about the fact that very
many tribe members have European ancestry - Do they owe themselves?

How many of them would trade the free health care and other free stuff they
get from the US Government for the short, brutal life their ancestors lived?

    *One exeption: The Cherokees.  They did farm and had a pretty advanced civilization
    and the "trail of tears" is a black mark on America -  - - - The joke is that the Oklahoma
    waste land they were forced to walk  to turned out to be loaded with oil - -  - - -
                God always "gitsya"

My ancestors were driven out of Europe by the Catholic Church and the
French government.  Should I sue?  That was hard on them, but the
greatest gift I could have received. I'm a proud and free citizen of the USA!

Politics
Why do folks pay attention to what the politicians say?  When most of their
talk at this time is simply saying what their handlers tell them to say to get
elected.  The only predictor of politicians behavior is their past doings.  As
the campaign goes on, their pasts will all get aired by their opponents.  Pay
attention to their record.

Immigration
If you want to immigrate to the US from some other country, we welcome
you.  We have a legal procedure for that and we are a country made up
entirely of immigrants and children of same. But, if you defy our laws,
sneak over the border and then demand a bunch of free government goodies,
I am opposed to you and want to see your butt kicked out of the country
permanently.  I also want to see those who facilitate your crime have their
butts thrown in jail, and politicians who "accommodate" this crime out of office.

Tribe signs agreement to excavate graving yard - for $3.4 million signing bonus
After they reneged on this agreement, the state gave them more money and the
land involved.  Plainly showing the Indians are much smarter than the morons
running this state.
