    Dear Mrs. Erzen and LWV members,

    According to the newspaper, your group is pushing the so called "Stormwater
    Ordinance"  that I thought had died in 2003.  My question:

    Why call it a "Stormwater" ordinance when in fact, the chief offender (Clallam County) is
    Exempted from following it?  Isn't it rather, a Land Control/anti-growth ordinance?

    I enclose a letter(so far unanswered)  I sent to the commissioners when it was first
    proposed. I am once again posting this letter on my website.:
